How to Use

Take 5 pumps three times daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening. If pregnant, consult with a physician before use.

    I typically dislike bitter things, but BitterX is balanced orange oil and fairly tolerable. In fact, the more I use it the more I have grown to like it! Thank you Dr. Shade & BitterX!!!
