How to Use

Mix 1 rounded teaspoon or 1 stick pack into 8 ounces of water once daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals or medications. If pregnant, consult a physician before use.

    Melatonin

    This product has been amazing for my 10 year old, who has autism and is non-verbal. I give it to him about an hour before bed. He lays down and goes to sleep within 15-20 minutes. This product is such a blessing to us. Thank you.
