How to Use

Use 1-2 pumps in water or into mouth three times daily. Alternatively, use 2-4 pumps in sparkling water during or after meals, and as needed for digestive comfort. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.

Truly love this product is makes my stomach very happy, and helps digestion. All of these products are remarkable. The more I use them the better my health, have to love that!
